Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SAP eMart, we aim to provide a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policies below:

1. Order Cancellation

By Customer:

• Before Shipment:
  You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• After Shipment:
  If the order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still request a return after delivery (as per our return policy).

To cancel an order, go to My Orders > Cancel Order, or contact our support team at support@sapemart.com.

By SAP eMart:

We may cancel orders due to:

• Product unavailability
• Payment issues
• Incorrect address or order details In such cases, you’ll be notified, and the full amount will be refunded.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and invoice.
• Return pickup will be arranged by SAP eMart at no extra cost.
• Certain products (like perishables, personal care items, or clearance items) may not be eligible for return—check the product page for details.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
• For COD orders, refund will be processed to your bank account after you provide the necessary details.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Return request made after 7 days of delivery
• Product returned without original packaging or in a damaged/used condition
• Customized or specially ordered items

5. Exchange Policy

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we offer free replacement or exchange.
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.
